Material Selections
are included as part of my design service to help take the guesswork out of choosing finishes. We source and coordinate pavers, tile, stone, colors, hardscape finishes, and other key materials so every selection works together and stays true to the overall design
Revisions
give you the opportunity to refine your project after the initial reveal. We’ll work through your feedback, adjust layouts, materials, features, and design details, and continue fine-tuning the vision until the project feels cohesive and tailored to you.
Bidding
is where I take the finalized design and begin pricing it as your builder. I coordinate with my team, vendors, and suppliers to develop a detailed construction proposal, giving you a clear project cost before we move into construction.
